Welcome to our website and foreign trade services. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products and Customization
We supply XPE/PE/EPE foam materials, backer rods, EPE foam profiles, and related building accessories. Specifications (density, thickness, flame retardancy) can be customized. Custom orders require sample approval; once mass production begins, the order cannot be canceled.

2. Price and Payment
Prices are quoted in RMB or USD. Final prices are as per quotation. Payment methods include bank transfer (T/T) and L/C. New customers typically pay 100% in advance. Long-term partners may negotiate 30% deposit with balance before shipment. Custom orders require a 50% deposit.

3. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver by land transport (via Hunchun/Suifenhe ports – railway directly to Russia) or sea (FOB Dalian/Yingkou, CIF Moscow). Delivery time is approximately 15–25 days after production, depending on destination and customs clearance. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (customs, weather, etc.).

4. Inspection and Acceptance
Buyers must inspect goods within 7 days of receipt. Any quality or quantity issues must be reported with photo/video evidence; we will respond within 48 hours. Custom products are not returnable except for manufacturing defects.

5. Certifications and Compliance
We can provide SGS, REACH, RoHS, CE, GOST certificates. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their import country’s regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., loss of profit, production interruption). Our total liability shall not exceed the order value.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be settled through friendly negotiation; if unresolved, arbitration shall be submitted to CIETAC.

8. Amendment
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The amended version will be posted on this website.
